Here’s a foolproof method for perfect hard boiled eggs. It’s the only recipe you’ll need.

1) Place 2 inches of water in a medium saucepan with a steamer basket.

2) Place eggs in steamer basket and bring to boil with lid. Lower heat to simmer.

3) Steam for 13 minutes.

4) Remove eggs with slotted spoon to ice water bath for 10-15 minutes.

5) Refrigerate eggs for future use, or crack shell all around and see how easy they are to

6) Peel.
